Shipping & Returns
As we are only small, our packages are printed, packaged and sent in the same place and usually by the same person, they are sent out using Royal Mails standard services, this is for anyone based in the UK, Europe and anywhere else may differentiate depending on size and value.
Orders that are based in the UK are usually packaged 7-10 working days (excluding weekends) from the original order date, and are expected to arrive 2-3 days after that postage date. Some orders could be delayed as we try to print and end everything in house and once they are handed over to Royal Mail we cannot give an accurate estimation except from the information they have given us on their website.
Orders that are places from outside the UK are within the same time frame, but there may be a slight delay on delivery time from Royal Mail but this shouldn't be too long.
If your order arrives with any damage or any items missing, please provide us with photographic evidence and send them, your order name and number to our email address.
If for any reason you do not want the item anymore, please refuse it at the door and email is to notify us. When this has been confirm the package will be returned for us to check to see any potential issues with the product and then issue a refund for you.

As we are only a small company, we do not accept returns unless the item is arrived damaged (these are checked before they are shipped so we can check the quality, if they are not 100% they will be swapped for another)

This is to ensure you aren't damaging the garments when washing them. We want to give you the best products we can but once they are sent it's up to you to take care of them.
In the event of you ordering items in the wrong size, we can offer a replacement on the following conditions:
- Clothing must unused, unopened and remain in the original packaging
- No damage caused to items after delivery
- Items should be in a condition, which allows us to resell
If the item is not in stock we will contact you to see the best way to complete the exchange, either in the form of another product, store credit, or a refund of what you paid for the item, postage will not be covered.
To discuss a return with us, please email us with your original order number at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery, we cannot take returns if they are after this as the product has most probably been used and washed.
